  • What are your business hours?
    The reception is resident from 10:00 to 17:00, but you can use it at any time. Only drop-in users cannot use the service at night (21:00 to 7:00).
  • What are the closed days?
    Holidays, holidays, summer, year-end and New Year holidays.
  • Is smoking in the hall?
    Yes, smoking is prohibited in the entire building.

    Yes, it's available for free. The required ID and password will be provided at the first visit after the contract.

  • Is there a mail service?
    We provide a free transfer service to satellite members and night & holiday members twice a month. We also offer services such as an arrival notification service and a dedicated mailbox for a fee.
  • When to pay the fee?
    At the end of the month, the monthly usage fee is prepaid.
  • What is the payment method?
    Credit card payment for drop-in, Others will be debited.
  • I want to make a reservation for viewing
    Please make a reservation from the inquiry form. You can also make a reservation by email or phone.
  • How long is the contract?
    The contract period is automatically renewed every year. In case of cancellation, please apply at least 1 month in advance for non-private rooms and 3 months in advance for private rooms.
